Armley Mill Trip

This week the children visited Armley Mill as part of their current history topic. During the day, the children had a tour of the museum, a workshop linked to the life of children working in the mill and an informative walk down the canal looking at a range of Industrial Revolution points. The children enjoyed the day and asked lots of sensible questions. We were even able to visit the mill owner’s cottage which was very well equipped compared to the workers.
