5L residential so far
We all got here safely and on time and we have enjoyed a sunny afternoon. After our picnic lunch, we headed off to the Ingleton Waterfall Walk. There wasn’t as much water as usual but it was nevertheless beautiful. We allowed the children to get wetter than usual in the ‘paddling’ and the children had a fantastic time. They are a noisy lot! Having said that, quite a few of them are currently sat in the shade of a tree in the garden reading or being read to. Others are inside chopping vegetables for dinner: a three course feast of fresh tomato soup, sausages and mash and then a crumble or sponge and custard.
