Children In Need 2018
What a rocking time we have had today for Children in Need. Over the week, activities have taken place including rock painting in the infant building and penny battles in the junior building. Look out for the decorated rocks around the school grounds.
Careful tactics were needed to claim victory in the KS2 penny battle. Congratulations to class 5L who were victorious and will be rewarded with a session on the bouncy castle.
Today, children and staff came dressed as rock stars and have taken part in Times Table Rock stars events and musical performances to parents. Thank you to those who were able to come along to watch the performances and donate money. We have had a fun day raising money for a wonderful cause.
Our total raised is around £900! Well done to the School Council for organising everything and thank you to everyone involved.
UPDATE – Some uncounted money from Friday and late donations on Monday made our grand total an amazing £1114.80!
Jack has had a great week and it was lovely to see them all singing and raising money on Friday. Well done on the total.
