Headteacher Blog 1st December
It has certainly been wintery and quite picturesque at times this week. It definitely feels like the season has changed. We also know that we are in the run-up to Christmas now that we have had both the Farsley Lights parade on Wednesday and a concert of children singing and playing at Pudsey Civic Hall in a show called Winter Voices. We would like to thank Farmac for supporting us with a truck for a float at Farsley Lights and Ms Howells for training up our singers for the concert.
Earlier in the week, Year 6 had an exciting day learning about World War 1. There was lots of hands-on learning with the workshop leader and genuine artefacts, plus an immersive Virtual Reality session that really brought the learning alive.
