This week in Nursery
Nativity Performance
A big ‘well done’ to all the Nursery children this week for their performance in the Nativity. Not only did they have to go on stage and sing in front of so many adults but it was an unfamiliar environment. There were a few little hiccups but as the saying goes “The show must go on” and all the children should be very proud of themselves. For those of you who want to see the Thursday performance again…
Christmas Party
Next Wednesday is the Nursery Christmas party and you will have received a letter with more details. The children can come in party clothes but it is also the PTA Christmas jumper day so the children can wear either. Please remember to put their food in a named bag or container and please don’t send anything which may contain nuts.
Christmas Jumpers
Talking of Christmas jumpers… the children have been designing their own jumpers by adding sequins and pompoms to felt jumpers. Here are some of their designs.
Twinkle twinkle little star
Not only have we been singing about a star in our nativity but we have been listening to stories about stars. Here is a lovely story the children have enjoyed this week. Can they join in with the story at home?
Lots of other fun!
As usual the children have been having lots of fun in the areas of provision either by themselves or with friends. Here are just some of the things they have been doing…
Have a lovely weekend from the Nursery team
